| dc.description | Una de las actividades comerciales espaciales es la teledetección satelital, en este ámbito actúan frecuentemente Estados, organizaciones internacionales y empresas privadas. En 1986, la Asamblea General de la ONU adoptó la Resolución Principios Relativos a la Teleobservación, mientras que en el año 2011, la Corte Permanente de Arbitraje de La Haya adoptó las “Reglas Opcionales para Arbitraje de Controversias, relativas con las actividades del espacio ultraterrestre”. Fundamentos que soportan el desarrollo del presente ensayo cuyo objetivo permite analizar si la Resolución de 1986 regula de manera adecuada las controversias que se plantean y aproximarnos brevemente a las Reglas Opcionales para Arbitraje adoptadas en el año 2011. | - |

In 1986, the ONU General Assembly adopted Resolution Principles Relating to Remote Sensing, while in 2011, the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague adopted the "Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes concerning the activities of the outer space". Foundations that support the development of the present essay whose aim is to analyze if the resolution of 1986 regulates adequately disputes that arise, and we approach briefly to the Optional Rules for Arbitration taken in 2011. | - |
