| dc.description | En este trabajo, me propongo reconstruir dos tesis de importancia metaética, jurídica y política que Kant expone en Die Religion innerhalb der Grenzen der bloβen Vernunft. Se trata de dos tesis (con sus respectivas argumentaciones) que mantienen una sólida consistencia con dos de los núcleos temáticos de la Rechstlehre, lo que nos permite proponer que el texto de 1793 puede ser considerado una suerte de crítica propedéutica para la metafísica jurídico-política de Kant. La primera de estas tesis será analizada en la sección I y atañe a la concepción metaética de la libertad que Kant presenta en Religion a propósito del análisis del mal radical. La segunda, analizada en la sección II, a la serie de diferencias trazadas entre el estado de naturaleza y la comunidad éticos, por un lado, y el estado de naturaleza y la comunidad jurídico-políticos, por el otro. En una sección III, presentaré el sentido que estas tesis obtienen respecto de la recepción crítica que Kant hace de las teorías modernas iusnaturales. | - |
| dc.description | The aim of this paper is to reconstruct two theses Kant expounds in Die Religion innerhalb der Grenzen der bloβen Vernunft that carry a strong meta-ethical, juridical, and political meaning. These theses, along with the arguments sustaining them, show a solid consistency with the thematic nuclei of the Rechtslehre, which allows us to hold that the 1793 text should be considered as a sort of juridical and political critique that prepares the field for Kant’s juridical-political metaphysics. The first one will be analysed in section I and concerns the meta-ethical conception of freedom Kant elaborates in Religion in relation to the topic of radical evil. The second one, to be dealt with in section II, has to do with the series of differences between the ethical state of nature and community, on the one side, and the juridical state of nature and community, on the other. Finally, in section III, I will study the meaning these theses bear concerning Kant’s critical reception of modern natural law. | - |
