| dc.description | Considerando las políticas sociales y las intervenciones de desarrollo como procesoscontinuos, negociados y socialmente construidos que incluyen iniciativas tanto "desde abajo"como "desde arriba", proponemos un enfoque ?constructivista?, basado en la orientación delos actores, estudiando las interfases entre las agencias oficiales y los usuarios potenciales oreales de sus propuestas. Estudiamos el caso de agricultores familiares del partido de LaMatanza en la provincia de Buenos Aires. Reconstruimos los modos de intervención másespecíficos, mediante el conocimiento de las racionalidades expuestas por los actoresintervinientes, identificando tensiones y conflictos de poder entre los modelos de gestiónformales y sus resultados y prácticas concretas, y vinculaciones entre las demandasexplicitadas por los beneficiarios de los programas, las necesidades efectivas y las propuestasy acciones concretas de las intervenciones. | - |
| dc.description | Considering the social policies and development interventions as continuous, negotiated and socially constructed processes including initiatives both "from below" and "from above", we propose a "constructivist" approach, based on the orientation of the actors, studying the interfaces between official agencies and potential or actual members of their proposals. We study the case of family farmers of La Matanza in the province of Buenos Aires. We rebuild modes more specific intervention, through the knowledge of the rationales put forward by the actors involved, identifying tensions and power struggles between models of formal management and its results and concrete practices, and linkages between the demands made explicit by the beneficiaries of the programs, the actual needs and concrete proposals and actions of interventions. | - |
