| dc.description | El menemismo y la hegemonía neoliberal, en la Argentina de los años ´90, ha sido trabajado por numerosas investigaciones, que examinaron las transformaciones y efectos de sus políticas económi-cas y sociales, los cambios históricos, institucionales y culturales y la conformación y articulación del nuevo orden hegemónico. No obstante, escasean los estudios que partan desde un enfoque íntegramen-te discursivo, en particular desde un abordaje del plano de la recepción de la hegemonía. En ese marco, no se han investigado las discursividades de los actores políticos y sociales en torno a los fundamentos del modelo neoliberal. Como una respuesta a este déficit, el presente trabajo analiza los debates en torno a un significante crucial para explicar la hegemonía menemista: la Convertibilidad. A su vez, se incluye el análisis de su reverso, la devaluación. Partiendo desde el análisis de las construcciones y disputas escenificadas en el ámbito público mediático, se pretende elucidar aspectos explicativos de la eficacia interpelativa. Así, analizando el plano de la recepción, se apunta a un proceso más amplio, que permita examinar algunas de las claves del éxito del discurso menemista. | - |
| dc.description | Menemism and neoliberal hegemony in the Argentina of the 90s has been worked by numerous investigations that examined the multiples transformations and effects of the social and economic policies, the historical, institutional and cultural changes, and the configuration and articulation of the new hegemonic order. However, there are few analyzes that start from a fully discursive approach, particularly from the reception focus of hegemony. In that context, have not been investigated the discursivities of political and social actors around the fundaments of the neoliberal model. As a response to this shortage, this paper analyzes the political disputes over a crucial signifier to explain the success of neoliberal hegemony: the Convertibility. In turn, it includes an analysis of the disputes over its back, the devaluation. Starting from the constructions and disputes staged in the public media scene, this paper pretends to elucidate some explicative aspects from the interpellative efficacy. So, examining the reception level, it points to a wide process that allows studies some success keys of menemist speech. | - |
