| dc.description | En el presente trabajo analizamos la relación entre la noción de Espacios Políticos y los cambios en la Guerra contemporánea. Según sostendremos aquí, la alteración en la forma de practicar la guerra tiene como uno de sus fundamentos la pérdida de noción de espacialidad concreta que existía durante el auge del Estado soberano moderno. Esto no es tenido en cuenta por los análisis sobre la guerra actual, los cuales se centran en los problemas técnicos, tales como las armas de destrucción masiva y las nuevas tecnologías. Siendo estos factores centrales, no debe obviarse el crucial cuestionamiento filosófico político que subyace y que, según nuestra tesis, está centrado en el problema de los espacios políticos. Este fenómeno, iniciado a principios del siglo XX (aunque con antecedentes anteriores), se ha radicalizado durante la “Guerra contra el Terrorismo”, donde a un enemigo difuso y no estatal, se le contraponen empresas privadas contratadas para aniquilarlos. | - |
| dc.description | In the present work we analyze the relation between the notions of political spaces and the changes on contemporary war. According to us, the change in the war is related with the lost of concrete spatiality notion that existed during the zenith of sovereign States. The scholars who studies contemporary war, do not take account this problem. They focus on the technical problems, like weapons of mass destruction and new technology in war. However, we will focus on the philosophical political problem of political spaces. According to our thesis, the spatial factor is one of the most important aspects in this topic. The lost of spatial notion, special in 20 century, has been radicalized during the “War against Terror”, where a diffuse and non-state enemy fight against privet enterprises contracted by States to annihilated terrorist. | - |
