dc.descriptionEste escrito tiene como objeto analizar el estado del debate sobre la protección integral del niño y la erradicación del trabajo infantil, analizando el caso de Corrientes en el nordeste de la Argentina, una zona de alto porcentaje población en situación de pobreza. Se estudian las desigualdades regionales, económicas, y de disponibilidad de vivienda, agua, luz, educación, salud, etc. Se observan las políticas públicas y los actores dentro de un sistema fiscal que le pone límites. Se acude al análisis de documentos, periódicos, estadísticas y a las entrevistas a funcionarios públicos y a informantes calificados. Se constata que a pesar de los avances legislativos no existen cambios en la realidad en una provincia con alta dependencia del gobierno nacional, gran conflictividad política y escasos fondos para la niñez y la erradicación del trabajo infantil.-
dc.descriptionThis writing has as object to analyze the state of the debate on the integral protection of the children and the eradication of the infantile work, analyzing the case of Corrientes in the northeast of Argentina, a zone of high percentage population in poverty situation. The regional, economic inequalities study, and of availability of house, water, light, education, health, etc. the public policies are observed and the actors within a fiscal system that puts to him you limit. It is gone to the analysis of documents, newspapers, statistics and to the interviews to officials government and described informants. It is stated that in spite of the legislative advances changes in the reality in a province with high dependency of the national government do not exist, great political confliction and little bottoms for the childhood and the eradication of the infantile work.-
