| dc.description | A partir del año 2010 se sancionó en la Provincia de Buenos Aires la Ley 13.059 de “Condiciones de Acondicionamiento Térmico exigibles en la construcción de edificios”. Dicha Ley, de carácter obligatorio, exige la aplicación de las normativas correspondientes al acondicionamiento de construcciones que garanticen una mayor calidad de vida de sus habitantes, disminuyendo cualquier tipo de impacto ambiental en el medio. Si bien estos requisitos son exigibles a construcciones ejecutadas a partir de la fecha de sanción de la ley, es sumamente necesario analizar las condiciones de habitabilidad del parque residencial construido previo a su sanción y adaptar, si es necesario, la edilicia existente a los requerimientos de la normativa. En caso de requerirse una intervención se buscará una metodología constructiva y tecnológica en la cual se aprovechen los recursos y energías que provee el medio con el objetivo de disminuir al mínimo el uso de recursos y generar así un tipo de rehabilitación de características sustentables. El trabajo centrará su atención en construcciones implantadas en la región capital de la Provincia de Buenos Aires con características tipológicas diferentes. Para esta instancia se evaluarán dos tipologías: viviendas en dúplex y viviendas compactas. | - |
| dc.description | From 2010 it was sanctioned in Buenos Aires Province the Law numbered 13059 “Terms of required thermal conditioning in the construction of buildings”. That law, with mandatory character, requires the application of standards for the design of buildings to ensure a higher quality of life of its inhabitants, reducing any kind of impact on the environment. While these requirements apply to buildings executed after the date of sanction of the law, it is extremely necessary to analyze the living conditions of the housing park built prior to its enactment and adjust, if necessary, the existing building industry to the requirements of the regulations. In the case that an intervention is required, it will be sought a constructive and technological methodology to profit the resources and energies provided by the media with the aim of minimize the use of resources and generate a type of sustainable rehabilitation. The work should be focused on buildings implanted in the capital of Buenos Aires Province, a region with different typological characteristics. For this instance two types are evaluated, duplex dwellings and compact housing. | - |
