| dc.description | La definición de los límites poblacionales en nuestra especie es generalmente arbitraria. En el caso de la unidad geoestructural que conocemos como Puna, la población, por razones geográficas y socio económicas, se encuentra parcialmente aislada. Sin embargo, la relación entre los habitantes de las diferentes localidades, medida como coeficientes de migración, requiere mayores consideraciones, por lo que se estudió la variabilidad genotípica para cinco loci de grupos sanguíneos (ABO, Cc, Ee, MN, Ss) y uno de HLA (DRB1). Se determinaron los índices de fijación de Wright F<sub>IS'</sub>, F<sub>ST</sub> y F<sub>IT</sub> y se realizó análisis jerárquico con otras poblaciones del noroeste. Se encontró alta correlación gamética y baja diferenciación entre subpoblaciones. | - |
| dc.description | Population limits definitions are generally arbitrary in the human species. In the case of the environmental unit known as Puna, populations are partially isolated. Relationships among people living in different centers have been measured considering the migration coefficients. This fact requires further considerations. In this work genotypic variability has been studied in five loci of blood groups (ABO, Cc, Ee, MN, Ss) and in one HLA one (DRB1). Wright fixation indices were computed (F<sub>IS'</sub>, F<sub>ST</sub> y F<sub>IT</sub>) and hierarchical analyses were performed, including those of the other populations in northwestern Argentina. A high gametic correlations, as well as low differentiation among subpopulations were found. | - |
