| dc.description | Este artículo se propone identificar los objetivos del sistema educativo italiano y sus recursos para optimizar el trabajo de los docentes y para encontrar, para cada uno, el ámbito más adecuado, con la finalidad de encontrar propuestas que puedan ayudar a mejorar la escuela italiana. Nos proponemos también dilucidar sobre la base de qué elecciones, reglas y controles se regula el sistema educativo italiano. Para ello, se analizarán las interacciones entre docentes y estudiantes para determinar cómo debería seleccionarse el personal, cómo debería asignársele tareas específicas y cómo deberían implementarse los controles y vínculos jerárquicos. Palabras clave: carrera docente - motivación - incentivos - interacciones - recursos This article proposes to identify the objectives of the Italian educational system and its resources in order to optimize the work of teachers, and to find for each one, the most proper place, to find the proposals that may help to improve the Italian school. We also try to clear on the basis of which elections, rules and controls the Italian educational system regulates itself. In that purpose, interactions between teachers and pupils will be analyzed, to determine how the personnel selection should be carried out, how should specific jobs be assigned and in what way should controls and hierarchical relations be implemented.
