| dc.description | Los empresarios vitivinícolas de San Juan fueron actores principales del proceso de desarrollo agroindustrial. En este artículo se presentan resultados de una investigación sobre los diez primeros años de la empresa “Castro Hermanos", que se inició en 1943 y continuó hasta la década de 1960. La investigación se centra en la figura de Plácido Castro quien supo aprovecharse de un contexto económico favorable para llevar a esta firma entre las principales de San Juan. El encuadre teórico de este trabajo es el de la historia de empresa y empresarios, que revaloriza el papel de los actores y sus estrategias. Las fuentes utilizadas son Protocolos Notariales de diferentes escribanías (APJ), documentos del Archivo Histórico de la Provincia y, sobre todo, el acervo documental de Hacienda, ubicado en la Dirección de Industria de la provincia. | - |
| dc.description | Entrepreneur’s winegrowing of San Juan were actor’s main of the development process agroindustrial. In this article are presented results of an investigation on the ten first years of the company "Castro Hermanos" that began in 1943 and continued until the decade of 1960. La research focuses on the figure of Plácido Castro who knew how take advantage of a favorable economic context to carry this signature among major of San Juan. The framing theoretical of this work is that of history of company and entrepreneurs, that revalues the role of the actors and their strategies. Te sources utilized are Notarial Protocols of different notary’s offices (APJ), the existent documents in the viticulture issues box of the “Archivo Histórico de la Provincia" (AHP) and mainly the documental heritage of “Hacienda", located in “Dirección de Industria de la Provincia". | - |
