| dc.description | Este trabajo aborda la problemática de la implementación del instituto del juicio por jurados como herramienta de legitimación y democratización del poder judicial de la provincia de Río Negro. Siguiendo los planteos de juristas como Bergoglio (2012) y Bercholc (2008) se plantea como objetivo general analizar si los distintos actores del sistema judicial de la provincia de Río Negro conciben a dicho instituto como una herramienta de legitimación y democratización del poder judicial. Para ello primero se indaga si actores que forman parte del sistema judicial de la provincia, así como los actores ajenos a este, conciben la actual situación judicial como una situación de crisis, luego se analizan cuáles son las respuestas que según los actores, puede otorgar dicho sistema para hacer de este poder uno más legítimo y democrático, y finalmente se identifican las opiniones sobre el instituto del juicio por jurados que sostienen los actores que participan de esta investigación. | - |
| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the implementation of the jury trial institute as a tool for legitimizing and democratizing the judiciary in the province of Río Negro. Following the proposals of jurists such as Bergoglio (2012) and Bercholc (2008), it is proposed as a general objective to analyze whether the different actors of the judicial system of the province conceive the jury trial institute, for which it will be analyzed if the actors of the judicial system of the province, as well as the actors outside this province, conceive the current judicial situation as a crisis situation, analyze what are the responses that according to the actors, can grant such a system to make this power a more legitimate and democratic, and identify opinions about the institute of trial by juries who hold the actors involved in this research. | - |
