| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como propósito dar cuenta de las conclusiones de una investigación descriptiva, correlacional y transversal que tuvo como objetivo identificar y describir las motivaciones vocacionales subyacentes y los perfiles de autopercepción que poseen estudiantes de primer año de las diferentes carreras: Abogacía, Licenciatura en Psicopedagogía y Licenciatura en Psicología -de la ciudad de Paraná-, y Bioingeniería -de la ciudad de Oro Verde-. La información se obtuvo mediante el Perfil de Autopercepción para Universitarios de Harter y Neeman (1986) y el Cuestionario de Motivaciones Ocupacionales de Migone y Moreno (1999). La muestra fue no probabilística y estuvo compuesta por 225 adolescentes de ambos sexos – un 29% era de sexo masculino– no habiéndose estipulado con antelación la diferencia cuantitativa de los sexos, sino habiéndose generado de manera azarosa. El análisis ulterior permite concluir que el Altruismo se encuentra en mayor medida en estudiantes de Licenciatura en Psicopedagogía y Licenciatura en Psicología, y que el Éxito y Prestigio está presente en estudiantes de Abogacía y Bioingeniería en mayor medida en relación a los primeros. | - |
| dc.description | The purpose of the research presented here is to account for the findings of a descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational investigation aimed at identifying and describing the underlying vocational motivation and self-perception profiles of freshmen in different fields of study: Law, BA in Psychopedagogy and BA in Psychology from the city of Paraná, and Bioengineering from the city of Oro Verde. The information was obtained through the self-perception profile by university students at Harter and Neeman (1986) and the occupational motivation questionnaire by Migone and Moreno (1999). The sample was not probable and was characterized by a total of 225 adolescents from both sexes, with 66 male subjects (29%) and 159 female subjects (71%), not having stipulated in advance the quantitative difference in sexes, and having utilized uncertain measures to generate the results. The final analysis suggests that Altruism is found among the majority of Psychopedagogy and Bachelor Degree in Psychology students, and success and prestige are more apparent among Law and Bioengineering students than among those of the careers previously mentioned. | - |
